Classiky - Tray - Kata Kata Whale (Small)

The small whale ceramic plate by Classiky and Kata Kata collaboration feature hand applied design using the traditional inbante transfer method. They are perfect for holding small stationery, jewellery, or serving sweets alongside tea or coffee.

Kata Kata creates beautiful textiles using katazome, a traditional Japanese dyeing method that involves stencils and natural pigments. The designs on these ceramic pieces are made using inbante, a traditional pottery technique similar to transfer printing, where patterns are printed onto washi paper and then applied to ceramics.

Slight variations in colour and texture reflect the handcrafted nature of each piece.
