Sailor x Satellite Crayon Project - Fountain Pen Ink - Amami Oshima

The Sailor x Satellite Crayon Project Fountain Pen Ink collection brings the colours of Earth directly to your writing desk. Created in collaboration with the Satellite Crayon Project by SKY Perfect JSAT, the shades are based on real satellite imagery capturing the natural colours of our planet.

The coordinates printed on every bottle indicate the exact latitude and longitude where the colour was sampled. Amami Oshima (28.25 – 129.3333) is a deep ocean blue inspired by the waters of the Kuroshio Current and the rich navy tones of traditional Oshima tsumugi silk.

This series highlights the diverse tones of the world’s seas. The project supports environmental responsibility: a portion of proceeds contributes to marine conservation initiatives in Japan’s Seto Inland Sea through Hiroshima Prefecture’s GSHIP platform.
